The following units reported to the General Sir Thomas Blamey, Commander-in-Chief, Australian Military Forces (AMF). By that time Blamey also had the role of Commander, Allied Land Forces. He was based at his Advanced Land Headquarters (LHQ) at the Queensland University at St. Lucia in Brisbane.
