AT COOKTOWN MISSION AIRFIELD, QLD
ON 5 MAY 1945

P-40N-40 Kittyhawk A29-1123 (#44-47838), made a forced landing at Cooktown Mission Airfield in far north Queensland on 5 May 1945 after a ferry flight.
