BILLET FOR AMERICAN SOLDIERS
IN AUSTRALIA DURING WWII

98 River Terrace at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane was used to billet American soldiers during WWII. The 614 sq. m. property which overlooks the Brisbane River on the corner of Paton Street, was bought by Apartment Developer Pikos Group in early 2017 for $2.725M. The site had development approval for a new 4-level building with eight apartments.
