ANTI-AIRCRAFT GUN AT FORT QUEENSCLIFF, VIC
FIRES AT AN UNIDENTIFIED AIRCRAFT
IN MAY 1940

In May 1940, one of the anti-aircraft guns at Fort Queenscliff in Victoria fired three rounds at an unidentified aircraft that flew near the Fort.

Can anyone help me with more information?
