CRASH OF A BOOMERANG

Boomerang A46-135 of 85 Squadron RAAF, piloted by the Commanding Officer, S/Ldr C.N. Daly, made a forced landing after an electrical fire with the wheels still up north of Rockingham in Western Australia on 10 January 1944. The pilot was uninjured.
