CRASH OF A P-40E KITTYHAWK
AT AMBERLEY, QLD
ON 3 FEBRUARY 1942
On 3 February 1942, USAAF P-40E Kittyhawk, Box No. 186, suffered damage to the undercarriage and oil filter at Amberley airfield. The pilot was Lt. Goodyear.
