Dear Peter,
My name is Neale Hadley, I don't have any information for you but I am interested to know about P-O Lloyd Hadley KIA 10 June 1943. He was a cousin of my fathers, however I have very few relatives left from that time and my father was only very young at that time so I know very little about him.
He grew up in Graceville/Sherwood, Brisbane where most of my family lived at that time and I understand that some officers who served with him are still living in Brisbane.
I would greatly appreciate any information or stories relating to him.
Thank you.
Neale Hadley - (Brisbane)
NOTE:- In the book "Strike and Return", it shows Hadley's aircraft being lost on 12 June 1943. The target was Bochum.
The following information is from the Commonwealth War Graves home page:-
In Memory of

The cemetery is 5 kilometres south west of Kleve. From Kleve take the Hoffmannallee from the town centre, which becomes the Materbornerallee. This road enters Reichswald Forest and becomes the Grunewaldstrasse. Follow the directions for Gennep, and on entering Reichswald Forest the cemetery is situated 500 metres on the left.
Can anyone help me with more information?
